The Crown Stones
Amethyst
This is the stone of spiritual atonement. The manganese in clear quartz produces amethyst, and the additional iron content varies the purple colour intensities. It brings such tranquillity into any space that it easily transforms the lower into higher mental planes. It provides clearer communication between the lower thought spheres and Higher Communion. It clears the Aura and transmutes any dysfunctional energy located within the physical. It supports stability, strength, peace, invigoration, and total trust as it brings forth the communication between the physical self and the mastered self. Although it is introduced at the brow centre, now at the crown it comes into its full fruition though it may be used at all the 'above the waist' centres. It provides a link between the 4 lower bodies as it transmute lower doubts into divine knowing. It can also be used to charge and clear others stones and is a well-accepted and known neutraliser of harmful rays, and unbalanced energy. It can be used safely to clear the etheric and physical with probes and parasites. Excellent for insomnia, head-aces, the skeletal system, hearing problems, invigorates the nervous system, the digestive tract, heart, stomach, skin and teeth. It can also be very useful in regulating the sympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system deals with autonomic response (adrenalin and nor-adrenalin). It most certainly is the one stone never to be without. I often call upon it to help balance me, clearing toxins, and restoring vitality at cellular level. I also have it permanently in coloured glass bottles in the sun as a charged elixir.
Moonstone
This stone supports the balancing of feminine emotions within the sacral and crown centres. Being a stone of lunar energy it contains great mystics just like the moon. Good to use for the unsettled and insecure as well as for the moody - mood swing ones. Its energy allows one to understand that which one needs is not always that which one wants. Excellent for bratty people (it balances desire levels), brining the treated or wearer into a positive state of mind. Also good for people that is very judgemental (balancing the self). The white colour vibration supports purity, wholeness, optimism and health. It can be used as a complimentary stone draining negativity from all chakras. In times of despair it brings through perception oppose to reasoning, allowing one to tap into higher Divine levels of TRUST. It supports one to be kind and gentle with the self (and others), and creates an awareness that alleviates fear in times of change. It is also very beneficial for eye, skin, and hair imbalances. Brilliant in a detox treatment or phase, where it cleanses via its antiseptic vibrations. This stone can be very beneficial to charge foods eliminating negative irons, hence good to use for alimentary and digestive tract disorders. Being a fertility stone it is excellent for stimulation and conception supporting the female hormone energies. It is good for oedema, bites, stings, shock, fevers, and circulatory malfunctions. It helps change structure on an emotional level, relates to new beginnings and the recognition thereof, it is a stone of hopes and wishes, helps one sustain, maintain and understand the destiny one has chosen, enhances the feminine aspect of one's nature,
stimulates confidence and composure, promotes ease in pregnancy and childbirth, enhances fertility, eases PMS and 'change of life' symptoms.

Opal
This amazing stone opens up the individual to the Highest Vibration of Light. It births creativity tapping into the capabilities of the maestro within the brow, and fully grounds this into the Super Consciousness within the Crown, hence introduces one to life as a super sensible being. It denotes one to loose all inhibitions hence vibrate on the purest, truest, Lightest vibrations within this centre; with the divine knowing that all is as it must. It can be used to reactivate memory cells within the brain, allowing love and justness to be the key of remembering. It brings balance to one's highest thoughts, stabilising one's business affairs and personal relationships. When one needs to 'fade into the scene without upheaval' - wear this stone. It supports change for the grater good of the self and all - in any given situation. It awakens the mystic and psychic self, hence supports the individual in communicating with the invisible world without lower ego interference. It contains spheres of silica within its structure hence supports the integration and conversion of our cellular structure changing from carbon to silica along the journey of Ascension. It supports clear intuitive vision opening the 3rd eye to embrace a much clearer perception of psychic levels. It contains the iridescent colours of mother of pearl hence its extreme high vibrations in support of the Golden flame colour of this centre being transformed into pure white, and the violet melding with the emerald in the brow. The crown and brow centre's within the evolved being melds into an extreme high pure flow of the purest, highest, clearest energy one can even begin to imagine. There are many variations of Opal and should be studied individually for its purpose.
Pink opal is the stone of renewal. It helps to guide one in the journey of life. It teaches love and non-violence, and helps one to release old patterns. It is the stone of spiritual awakening and treats disorders of the lungs, spleen, diabetes, hypoglycaemia and heart related disorders.
Sugilite
This is quite a rare stone with a colour range varies from violet-pink into true purple. It can be used for any and all illnesses, disorders, diseases and irregularities. It opens the highest flow of conscious and unconscious thought melding the worlds of the physical and spiritual in complete perfection. It truly is the love stone of this age as it represents the 'I Am' consciousness being grounded in embracing "All That Is - are ONE". It supports the flow between the crown and base connection hence activates pure Kundalini in its most sacred from. Extremely useful for those that has lost hope as it confirms the reality of "Playing The Game", seeing clearly that one visits the physical but are eternally spiritual. For this reason it can be used when 'the physical reality of life gets too much'. Excellent for treating all lower energy thought forms such as jealousy, malice, anger, revenge etc, in fact any negative form one can imagine! It infuses insight, information and complete confidence and also brings astonishingly clear insights during meditation. Diamond
When one looks at the Diamond, its uncountable reflection and refractions one come to realise the incredibleness of this Jewel of the Stars. It is the only stone that never needs recharging as it constantly sends out multi faceted iridescent prisms in all directions, at all times. It reflects the purest form of Divine truth and trust. Also known as the stone of purity and innocence it balances love though consistency and reflects this in its nature. It denotes a balanced relationship when given by a partner and if not, will work with the person throughout their life to bring their truth into balance. It inspires creativity, imagination, and stirs one to be in touch with your highest dreams and ideals. It clears spaces within the aura as it heals all aspects of the unfulfilled self. It works only with the crown centre brining balance between the celestial and physical realities. It creates abundance and manifestation on all levels and inspires one to be your divine star self through direct communication with the Mastered Self. It can be used for all healing aspects and modalities' providing the wearer is pure of intention. It is a powerful the master stone resonating to the powerful 33 vibration. When I got divorced I kept my diamonds and when asked where I got them I reply, "From my ex - I never disliked him enough to give him his diamonds back".
Celestite
Celestite's origin hails from the star of Sirius and is overseen by Lord Syra and Lady Celestite. It brings harmony to newborns especially between birth and 6 months where it supports the infant through the heaven-earth transition. One can place the crystal in the infants cot, and when older move it to a suitable place within the nursery. It also supports the transcendence of the terminally ill in the same way, where it acts to support the soul energy on its journey back Home. When used as an elixir it draws energy from the sacred lakes of Sirius under the guidance of The Lady of The Lakes, balancing emotions by balancing the waters of life, the lakes of the heart, the bodily fluids.

Tourmaline
The colours of Tourmaline varies from the very rare white, pink, red, violet, blue, yellow, brown, green, orange, black, bi-coloured, tri-coloured
and colourless. This amazing crystal acts on each of the centres - recharge, stimulate and maintaining them. It eliminates all negativity and fears and inspires one on every level. It brings courage and confidence as it balances the masculine/feminine process within. It further balances the 4 lower bodies into optimum balanced functioning. It provides insight and clarity. It houses incredible healing powers as it provides protection against threatening physical and non-physical energies. It supports creativity as it brings the left and right brains spheres into balance. It supports lower intimidating archetypes being converted into soulful personality. It also balances the body's meridian lines as it restores perfect balance within, as without. It is very popular to be used as a wand especially when recalibrating the chakras and Aura. It can be used in conjunction with all other stones for healing of any kind. The White Tourmaline is especially useful in the crown and 8th chakra, the pink and green for all the centres especially the heart, blue for the throat, orange for the navel, violet for the base and third eye, and black for the entire system. Frankincense
This oil is produced through steam distillation of the resin. The fragrance is spicy, woody and incense-like. It serves as an anti-septic and astringent, and helps heals wounds. It may be inhaled to help bronchitis, colds and sinusitis, and this highly effective cosmetic oil may be used as an astringent or toner for the face. Frankincense also reduces inflammations and helps smooth wrinkles. In times gone by frankincense was often used as a fragrant offering to Higher Beings. Especially during these peace offerings people use to sit or stand around a fragrant fire, watch the smoke ascend into the Higher Realms and become intoxicated by the tranquillising effect of this godly fragrance, entranced by its magic, absorbed by its mystical communication and healed by it lingering effects. This surely is one of the main fragrances of the gods. It was frankincense, gold and myrrh that was the gifts that the 3 kings brought to The Son of God, in Bethlehem. The Catholic Church still uses this magnificent fragrance to bless the congregation during mass. It is confirmed that many altar boys became quite addicted to Frankincense. Through scientific research in 1981 it was found that frankincense when burned produces trahydrocannabinole, which affects the CNS and this psychoactive substance is then released into the subconscious, which brings about a heightened sense of awareness - activating both the ESP within the brow and crowns centres. The incense of this plant is guaranteed to open one up to much higher levels of communication. This fragrance is known to awaken the sensual levels within, which then is redirected during prayer and meditation for higher communication. The first ever commercially produced perfume called Kyphi of which frankincense was the main ingredient was produced by the Greeks and Romans.
Myrrh
Its place of origin - native to North-East Africa and South-West Asia, especially The Red Sea region (Somalia, Yemen and Ethiopia). These scrubs grow up to 10 meters tall. The trunk exudes a natural oleoresin, a pale yellowish liquid, which hardens into reddish brown tears, known as myrrh. The native collectors make incisions in the bark of the tree to increase the yield. The essential oil is a dark brown oily liquid, with a warm spicy balsamic odour. This plant was very well known to the ancients. It was an ingredient of incense used for religious ceremonies and fumigations by the ancient Egyptians. It was also an ingredient of the famous Kyphi perfume, and was an important ingredients in embalming. Because of its ability to preserve flesh, myrrh was used in cosmetic preparations, is excellent in reducing wrinkles, has a cooling affect on the skin, and so would especially be useful in dry hot climates. The properties of Myrrh ~ antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antichloristic, antiseptic, astringent, balsamic, carminative, expectorant, fungicidal, sedative, digestive, pulmonary stimulant, stomachic, tonic and uterine abnormalities. On the mind and spirit, it is one of the most renowned fragrances along with frankincense (being 2 of the gifts to Jesus from the 3 wise men). Like Frankincense it is known to enhance and open up clearer spiritual channels. It is particularly valuable for people who feel stuck emotionally or spiritually and want to move forward in their lives. It prevents infection, clears toxins, and promotes tissue repair at cellular level. It is an excellent expectorant hence brilliant for the respiratory system in all ways.
Marjoram
This extension of the mint family is native to Europe and grows wild on dry sunny slopes, hedge banks, roadsides and grassland, usually on lime-rich soils. The further north you travel, the less likely to find this species in the wild. Naturally it's commonly cultivated in many countries but most species are still collected from the wild in the Mediterranean region. Its generic name Origanum comes from the Greek words 'Oros' (mountain) and 'Ganos' (splendid joy), named after its attractive appearance and scent of the flowers and leaves which are found growing naturally in the mountains of Greece and other Mediterranean countries. Besides being a frequent daily used steaming herb it is still considered a remedy for all manner of complaints. The components found within this herb give Marjoram astringent, expectorant, anti-spasmodic, antiseptic, mild tonic, stomachic, and carminative properties. In herbal teas treat gall bladder disorders, diarrhoea, coughs, asthma, nervous head-ace, general exhaustion, and menstrual pain. Externally it can be used in gargles, bath preparations, liniments and inhalants. An all time favourite in the kitchen, (especially in Italy) where its flavour blends fabulously with pastas and pizzas. The wild variation has a much stronger taste than the cultivated sweet marjoram. Brilliant for anxiety attacks, grief, sorrow, emotional exhaustion and insomnia. It mixes well with lavender, bergamot and rose. It also calms an excessive sex drive (if you have the need to slow down). Monks grew it as a sedative, it was planted on graves of the newly departed to bring them peace, newly wed couples received garlands of this herb to bring them good fortune and more practically always a winner for muscle spasm and as a antidote to poisoning. Like fennel it is good for flatulence and intestinal cramps. It helps lower high blood pressure, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, and prevents blockages in the sympathetic nervous system. It also dilates blood vessels (like the deeper orange effect). The goddess Aphrodite is reputed to have guarded as a symbol of happiness. It acts brilliantly on all muscle tissue. AVOID DURING PREGNANCY.
Sandalwood
One of the loviest gifts from the Orient to the Occident (western world) is Sandalwood. Its warm spicy fragrance suggests oriental Palaces within tropical forests. This oil's calming, harmonising, and balancing effect acts like deep, slow waves. It contrasts with the quicker, higher more driving energies of lemongrass, grapefruit, and lemon verbena especially. It embraces our emotions with its warm woody fragrance. It makes an ideal remedy for nervous depression, stress, fear and a hectic daily tempo. Since sandalwood's effects are slow and powerful, hence it should be avoided by people who are slow and phlegmatic (placid) by nature. Sandalwood helps people make human contact and overcome isolation. It also helps them to accept others with an open heart and diminish their egocentricity. Personal contact is a largely subconscious process guided by fragrance signals. It fosters openness, warmth and understanding. Science has confirmed that sandalwood, like men's underarm perspiration (androsterone), has a positive aphrodisiac effect, and they smell very similar. It affects the root and crown alike. The lower energies of sexuality and the higher flow of the evolved wisdom within the crow balances the pure flow the Kundalini. This oil is thus highly recommended for Tantric Art. The beneficial effects on the physical ~ antiseptic, relieving cramps, diuretic, expectorant, tissue regenerative, and warming. On the mind and spirit ~ harmonising, calming, slowing, aphrodisiac, and quieting emotional volatility. Physical ailments and conditions ~ cystitis, ureter disorders, prostates, gonorrhoea, diarrhoea, gastritis, bronchitis, throat infections, sinus and laryngitis. Mind and spirit ailments and conditions ~ nervous tension, anxiety, isolation, stress, insomnia, impotence, frigidity, aggression and egocentricity. It mixes well with: rose, yang, yang, Benzoin, jasmine, lemon, verbena and frankincense. Its character is mildly Yang.
Amber
Through the veil of time, through the incarnations of man, the fragrance has remained, until washed upon a shore or found buried deep within a forest. Such a fragrance has the ability to take us to the beginning of forever. It can assist us in knowing where we have been, and to complete the cycle of where we are going. If time is circular, then amber holds the key. What spirit cannot be enthralled with such knowledge, such wisdom? As it is breathed in, it holds the mystery of the birth of the plant and of the Universe; the creation of life, the garden of Eden, the clay which formed mankind; the walk of giants, the mysteries of the Prophets, the Masters who came to earth. All have known this fragrance from the start of the world.
Its physical healing abilities extend to: calmative, analgesic, anti-spasmodic, expectorant, febrifuge (a substance found within medicine that reduces fevers). Its aroma is resinous, warm, and smoky, with faint citrus/floral undertone. From an emotional healing view, it encourages harmony, balance, inspiration, visions and inner knowing. It combines well with geranium, Pine, Spruce, Cedar wood, Myrrh, Galbanum, Frankincense, Cypress, Clove, Aniseed, Lemon, Orange, Cistus, Rose absolute, Hyacinth, Yuzu, Carnation and Benzoin.
