Is Your Body Too Acid?

The foods we eat, after being processed by the body, produces by-products (residues) in the blood, which are either acid or alkaline. The blood has very little leeway in maintaining it's alkalinity. If there are too much acid residues in the blood, the body has certain ways to restore the balance. A too acid blood, not neutralized, puts the body in great danger, and possible death.
Too much acid in the blood is known as a Toxic Acid System which is recognized by bloating, excess weight, cellulite, graying hair, balding, nervous outbreaks, dark circles around the eyes and premature lines in the face.
The following foods in order of most acid to least acid is as follows:
MOST ACID - Drugs, Medication, Tobacco. Fried foods (burgers, chips, etc.), Coffee, Tea, Salt, Alcohol Herbs, Spices, Spicy foods Red Meat White Meat Sugar, Refined sugar products (cakes, canned fruits) Dairy products
LEAST ACID - Overcooked fruits/veggies, cooked grains The body readjusts the blood alkalinity the following way: - Retains water to neutralize the excess acid and one adds weight - Withdraws minerals (Sodium, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron) from the cells, sickening the cells which is the start of diseases. Those minerals are expelled in the urine with the acid by-products. - Withdraws calcium from the bones which in the long run results in osteoporosis, arthritis and excess acid lodged in the joints. The calcium is also expelled in the urine.
1. Reduce one's intake of acid forming foods and increase one's diet with more fresh fruits and vegetables, raw (not roasted) nuts and seeds and sprouted grains. Those foods replenish the lost minerals, and help detoxify and remove excess waste products from the cells to the urine and lungs.
2. Dissolved calcium has excellent properties to neutralize blood acid and restore its alkalinity.
