How to be a Member!
* To place your advert on our site we will need an A4 page of information promoting yourself, two graphics of your choice and all contact details, including email link
and web site link (if you have a site already).

Cost of Being a Member!
* Body and Mind Membership is R75.00 per month by debit order,
If you would like to promote yourself for less than 6 months then a fee of R250 will be charged for design.
* The Body and Mind mailing list has more than 36 000 subscribers.

200 words & a small picture.
1 Province Cost R200.00, All 3 Provinces R500
which will be added to your debit order at the end of the month for members & paid in advance by non members.

Personal Mailshots.
We have 12 groups.
They are not sorted into suburbs only provinces.
Even though we are trying very hard for people to give us their suburbs so that we can have them in the correct areas.

Each group has 3000 subscribers in.
Members rate R 280.00 per group
Non Members rate R 330.00 per group
Please Note our Mailshot Requirements:
1. Your mailshot cannot be larger than 90k and we do not send out any attachments.
2. We must receive your material 1 week before the date of sending.
3. Payment must be made the latest 1 week before the date of sending.
4. Cancellation of a mailshot can be made 1 week before the date of sending if not full payment will be due.
1 week in advance booking, we only send on Mondays ( every 2nd Wednesday ) & Fridays

Shopping Centre !
We have a brand new shopping centre where you can list products to sell.
Our shopping centre accepts Visa and MasterCard.
A shopping centre member will list their range of products (max 20 products per page)
This will include small pictures and larger pictures, a short description on each product, selling price and postage price.
The membership cost is R150 per month.
A 10% charge will be deducted when an item is sold, this is a bank charge for credit card payments, VCS charges & trf fees.
When you do want to edit or change your shopping centre products, please note that there will be an R60.00 hourly charge.
If you only have one product to be listed, the product will be listed under the relevant category with other products.
Cost is a once off R50 setup fee. Thereafter when a product is sold there is a commission charge of 30% of the selling price.

Banners Links!
Banner links is a banner the size of 150x50 designed to promote you and a link to your website
We send the banner links out once a week to 1 group.
It would take 3 months to reach or entire database of 36 000 addresses.

New idea from us at Body and Mind!
We are always trying to market our customers in some way. We are actively trying to increase your publicity on each of our social networks. Our FB, twitter, linkedin and google plus already has loads of people following us.
So what we have come up with is:
Body and Mind - list your event on our events section.
Facebook - We can add an event to our fb, put a post on our wall. Link to your page
Linkedin - email to everyone a message.
Twitter - put a link to your event and a short message
Stumbleupon - put your page onto Stumbleupon
Google Plus - send a message promoting you or your event
Reddit.com - Link your mailshot to Reddit
Digg.com - link your webpage to Digg
Blogger.com - we can put articles and events on our blog spot with links back to your page
Tumblr - put a link to the mailshot and short description
Friendfeed - A link and description
This list will be getting longer.
So if you would like us to do a splash through out our social networks, it is R300 for members to be posted onto all our social networks and R380 for non members. We can only do one a day so you will need to book.
