Body Stress Release
The gentle technique of Body
Stress Release is suitable for everyone, from infants to the
elderly, and is designed to release tensions that that have
become locked into the physical structure.
The Practitioner performs a series of pressure tests, with the
person lying down fully clothed, and the muscular responses
indicate the sites of body stress. The body stress is released
using light but definite pressure in the direction, and the
body's natural self-healing mechanism initiates communication
which has not been optimal due to stress overload and the
resultant circulatory and nerve inefficiency. The body is now
able to heal and maintain itself from a wide range of
conditions.

Reiki with Carol De Vasconcelos
Carol De Vasconcelos is a registered traditional healer, aromatherapist,
holistic Reflexologist, crystal healer, certified holistic healer and a
Reiki master & tutor. She has been involved in healing and teaching for
over 12 years
Currently residing in Bassonia, South Africa, Carol traveled to Wales &
after studying there with Diana Cooper, she is now a Master Teacher for
Diana Cooper Angels and Ascension Workshops. She also has a CHI certificate
(Crystal Healing )
Carol is also an ordained non-denominational minister who presently trains
in a variety of metaphysical subjects as well as meditation groups &
self-mastery classes.
Being involved in healing and teaching for 10 years, she is constantly

healing systems & conducting alternative therapies. She facilitates Angel
