Colour Breathing / Colour Visualizations

Colour breathing uses the act of breathing together with the mental focus on colour. Once you have learnt how to colour breathe you will be able to direct colour as well as a source of life energy that is contained in the breath, to any part of the body or to protect inanimate objects such as your home and belongings. The breath is coloured since the ethers are coloured and we continuously breathe into ourselves the colours of the people, places and objects around us. The aim in colour breathing is to breathe in the life-giving colours that we need and breathe out the dark, dirty colours that are polluting us internally. Before beginning to learn colour breathing it is important that you learn to breathe properly first. Self discipline is needed when learning to breathe and colour breathe.

How to Colour Breathe

* Cleanse the body with slow, deep, cleansing breathing, before beginning.
* Only visualize things that you wish to happen for your own highest good. Negative thoughts imprint themselves too.
* Work out a colour related affirmation and repeat it constantly.
* Concentrate and visualize strongly. The mind needs to be focused to send out pure and resonant thought waves.
* Add colour for extra vibrational effects to your visualizations and affirmations.

Colour Breathing to Relax and Heal

By getting into a daily habit of practicing colour visualizations you will be able to help heal yourself. When visualizing pay attention to the body where the weakness first occurs as this will give you an insight into the are that needs to be healed and the correct colour to use. When using colour breathing you do not have to be restricted to the 7 rainbow colours. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and make sure that your spine is relaxed. Breathe naturally. You can either breathe through the whole spectrum of colours or you can choose one for it's particular healing qualities.
