How Do Crystals Work

Our aura or electromagnetic field, which surrounds every living being, pulsates in a certain frequency. It is this frequency that will change when we get ill or stressed. By surrounding a person with crystals and laying on crystals and minerals which emanate a vibration according to colour, density and mineral structure, the crystal healer aims to restructure the energy field of the client, bringing relief on the mental, emotional and physical planes very quickly.

One could certainly argue, that it is not necessary, to use any tool in healing, where most therapists would agree. Everything that is done in a session can be done hands only.

But as said above, crystals are tools, very potent tools in healing. In using crystals we tap into the healing properties of the minerals, transferring it into the auric field of the client, therewith balancing and healing, pain, trauma, past life and inner child issues.

Crystals or Rock Crystals are what we call a master crystal. It strengthens all your energies. They have the ability to amplify or strengthen all the energies of the Inner Being, which is everything you are as a person. They strengthen all the things in you that are positive and help you put away things that cause you fear or anger.

A quartz crystal can be of great benefit in taking steps towards personal growth, because it strengthens the energy that you yourself put out, and this in turn, makes it easier for you to take growth steps. The amplified energy sent back to you from the crystal helps you make attitude changes, and helps you practice those changes until they become part of who you are.

However, a crystal is not a miracle worker, it can't do actual growth for you. Only you can do that. In order to use a quartz crystal to strengthen your energies, all you have to do is keep it with you, or keep it close to where you spend most of your time.
