How to get step in to your diamond genius zone.
Its time to support your gall bladder.

One of my words this year is GATHERING so in today's post, I have gathered some of my top tips to keep you and your body happy and healthy this month.
Many of you know I love working with the medicine wheel and the 5 elements in Chinese medicine. I always stock up on gall bladder tonics in January for my clients, to keep the gall bladder strong. When the GB is weak you just cannot maintain targets you have set for the year. You will find yourself fence sitting, unable to take steps forward and get moving towards what you desire and require. A STRONG Gall bladder and Liver give you the strength and courage to plan and decide what direction matched where you aim to go!!
The yin/yang aspect of liver/gall bladder - both governed by the wood element. This is the year of the Wood sheep so if we are to gather the energy, the vital life force with adaptability and flexibility the liver/ gall bladder communications need to be at their optimum to make this easier for you.

How can you assist your liver/ gall bladder in supporting you?
Here are 4 physical steps to do just that:
1. Ask your body what it requires in food and supplementation:
If you had a very "merry" festive season of over indulgence of boozy Christmas cake and fine wine you could ask your body what it requires - go even deeper in to the fertile listening of what the liver and gall bladder require of you by simply asking. If you find yourself reaching for dark greens like wheat grass and fresh, crisp salad leaves you are on the right track. I recommend always starting a new cycle with a 7 day juice detox along with a few colonic irrigations. (Earth element spleen/ small intestine are governed by the Earth element so a good clean out will assist these organize in eliminating impure thoughts like worry and criticism and cell debris as well as get your lymph moving, give you a flat stomach and increase self worth and get you in your diamond genius zone so you can shine!
I am a big fan of Fulvic Acid - I know when my body needs it as I get a taste or smell of it. For stockist make sure it is pure. If you are in my area I have a great quality Fulvic from India and my animal companions get a sprinkle of it on their for regularly to keep them in tip top condition from the inside out.
2. Commit to some body love every week:

Go for a deep tissue or lymph drainage massage - if you are going to do a body detox with a juice fast, there is nothing more nurturing than a massage to assist your lymph move out all the toxins faster and quicker. I love my local Chinese medical massagers, they do a great job from head to toe and you don't have to break the bank receiving either.
Sometimes the fascia is so stuck on to the bones that structural integration and fascia release is the first step to take before a chiropractic adjustment. 3. Get moving:
Ask your body what movement it would like? Don't say exercise as your body hears exorcism and thinks you want to leave it! Don't make your demands too big or you are sure to fail! If you have not moved for a while start off with a gentle walk, some yoga or a pilates class and gradually build up the time and number of days gently - be kind and tune in to your body. There have been many studies that prove that people who do 'exercise" regularly - pace themselves succeed in business, have stronger immune systems and are happier than those who don't. Start a PACE club in your neighbourhood and if you can, move to decompress and release tension and endorphins, at the end of the day.
4. Sleep more:
Gall bladder time is 11pm - 1am peaking at midnight so making sure you are asleep before 10pm is something I am really looking at gifting to my body. You the infinite being may not need to sleep but your body does so that it can have a break from all the judgement you throw at it all day and all the other abuse it takes during waking hours from ourselves and the external environment. if you are waking up between 1am and 3 am it is an indication that your Liver is having a hard time assimilating al the daily data of the mind - what to keep and what to let go of on a cellular level and within your brain circuits. I use my true nature systems to work on balancing this along with epigenetics and body chemistry specifics to reset the circadian rhythm and melatonin levels for a healthy body mind and rested adrenals.
Going to bed earlier is a choice - start with one action like no stimulants - coffee, sugar, alcohol and the addiction to emus & blue light from cell phones, iPads, computers and televisions. I am a night owl and working around the world at 2 and 3am is something I want to change now not later when I am burnt out with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue, foggy head or memory loss and no libido and irritability, mode swings or worse.....
It is a big challenge for me as sometimes working late cannot be avoided - I love what I do and as some of my clients are 9 hours behind, I am buzzing after my last session at 10pm. I have learnt to "flip" my circadian clock and ask my body to get the most restorative sleep possible beyond the time construct. This is a practice of listening to my body, building a muscle to not buy in to the point of view that if I don't get enough sleep I will want to kill myself like I used to !! I also increase my Fulvic acid and milk thistle intake with the occasional addition of Bach Olive if I get an YES from my body.
Everything is just an interesting point of view but seriously one has to consider that sleep deprivation is still used in torture around the world by many agencies - just watch Homeland for a reminder of how much the bey can take before it breaks !!
