One-on-One Spiritual Mentoring and Guidance

Why "one-on-one" mentoring and guidance?

- To gain a clearer, deeper understanding of spiritual Truth and Self-realisation
- To identify the obstacles to your Peace and work through them in a safe atmosphere
- To focus on your issues, not the generalities of study groups, seminars, workshops, etc.

What will you gain from one-on-one mentoring and guidance?

The ultimate aim is a growing sense of awareness of Peace that does not leave you.
Peace is an absence of conflict in your mind - the undoing of all dualities. It manifests in your awareness as

- a deep sense of well-being whatever is happening in and around you
- a simpler, happier life
- harmonious relationships

What can you expect of a session ?

To get help finding, understanding, and eliminating your obstacles to peace: what you think and feel,
bring up specific issues that you wish to transform,
you may talk about your doubts and what you have a hard time accepting,
(doubts slow you down),
you may discuss the conflicts between what you believe and/or what you want,
you may ask questions about the nature of spirituality, theology, philosophy, psychology and the concepts it uses,
study spiritual material with your mentor,
learn how to practice spiritual principles in your everyday life,
get tools that you can use for Peace in everyday situations,
share your positive experiences for validation
talk about whatever is on your mind (the topic does not have to have a spiritual theme because your whole life is your spiritual path.)

What kind of sessions are offered?

Some people use mentoring and guidance only when they are "stuck", and that is useful, but it is most effective when you meet with your mentor on a regular, ongoing basis.

1. Occasional sessions:
R300 for 90 minutes.

2. Ongoing mentoring and guidance:
R800 monthly for a session of 90 minutes every week.

3. Telephone or skype mentoring and guidance:
R100 for 30 minutes.

No one is turned away because of an inability to meet the full fee!
