Reiki

Reiki (Ray Key) is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life Force” energy. It is a natural form of “healing” and is a channeled energy not a given energy The act of laying hands on the human or animal body to comfort and relieve pain is as old as instinct. When experiencing pain, the first thing most people do is put there hands-on the pain. An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you and surrounds you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and well-being. This is a unique re-energising stone therapy that creates a cleansing and healing effect on the body utilising basal stones (hot or chilled) as well as crystals for chakra (energy centre) energising and balancing.
