20 Count Reflections
2 “Introspection and Intuition”
We live in a world and a reality that is literally impossible to share with any other human. No matter how hard we try to express, explain and share what and how we perceive and experience in life, we can never fully convey it. The truth of the matter is that the inner world we experience is solely and completely our own.
What is Shamanism?
Many consider Shamanism to be defined as a practice involving one who uses altered states of consciousness to communicate with spirit worlds and channel these energies. Although this is true, it is only a small piece of what Shamanism truly encompasses. Shamanism is at the core of all life – it sits at the centre of all healing modalities, scientific explorations, social studies and personal journeying.

1 "Inner Knowing"
As with all life one of the most essential necessities for growth is light. All living things possess an inner knowing to seek light in order to maintain and sustain their growth and development. This impulse is motivated by the desire to know and experience one’s full potential. Even a seed that is buried in the earth knows that it must push past rocks, stones and other debris on its journey through the darkness towards the life giving light that it relentlessly seeks.

The life we live and experience on this planet as we inhabit a physical form is meant to be a continual work in progress. 20 Count Refelction #12- Inner Clarity of Self

Whenever we attempt to communicate openly from our heart, we are faced with many challenges and obstacles that make us want to shut down. It takes great courage and a leap of faith to speak openly to another person what we are really feeling and thinking.
20 Count Reflection #8 "Sacred Self"
If you think you are unworthy, victimized by life and hold a low self esteem, you can't gain the full potential of what life is offering in each moment. This is the karmic dance and interplay related to the lessons you have agreed to come and learn in this lifetime
20 Count Reflection #3 "Celebration of Life"
Every day of our lives we face a world of emotional challenges, upheavals and confusion. We feel buffeted and inundated by an endless barrage of misunderstood emotions and feelings. Many times we are faced with feelings that leave us overwhelmed and confused. We love, we hate, we like, we dislike or we feel neutral about things. Some of our feelings we accept and others we judge as wrong or bad or painful or inappropriate.

Our relationship to change is an enigma. Whether we are consciously aware of it or not, we crave and desire it and yet avoid and run from it at the same time.It is in our basic programming to seek change. It is the spice of life and without it there would be no movement or growth.
What are the 20 Powers of Creation?
The 20 Count finds its roots in the ancient cultures of Mesoamerica. It is one of the oldest forms of numerology and mathematics. Within it, can be described all that exists, including all unseen powers and energies, as well as the relationships of all life forms and all aspects of being human.
20 Count Reflection 11 "Hope and Inspiration"
To have genuine hope is to go beyond all logical thought and reason. It requires a willingness to enter the realm of an unfounded inspiration and to venture and travel beyond what is already known and understood. Our spirit is what drives this force. The more connected we are to it and the more we trust in its motivational guidance, the more we can accomplish what may appear impossible or improbable.
