Sound Therapy – With Sound Therapy I use the vibrations from my tuning forks to relax, retune, energise and heal the body, mind and spirit. Access Conciousness Bars – With Access Bars I gently touch various points on the head, causing the energy charge to run and thoughts, emotions and judgments to dissipate, kind of like a reset of the mind to heal the body.
Reiki – Reiki is an ancient healing modality that promotes healing by channelling energy through the hands. I facilitate the delivery of universal energy to an individual to support vitality and promote the body’s innate healing ability.
