Connecting With Your Guides and Angels

Many of us are curious about who our guides are and would love to be able to connect with them, but we just don’t know how to. My latest workshop – Connecting With Your Guides and Angels, will teach you how to do this. You will be guided through exercises and meditations, to begin developing your psychic sense, learning about meditation and self-hypnosis, exploring past lives and finding your guardian angel.

We begin by understanding what spirit, higher self and the soul are, and the difference between guides and angels. We look at psychic power and realise that we all have it. We learn about the aura and grounding and protection methods. We go through a wonderful exercise to establish an inner meeting place, to work with guides and angels. We cover meditation, the benefits and simple steps to follow to reach the place of stillness. We learn spiritual protection exercises and how to develop the practice of self-hypnosis. We look into exploring past lives and identifying your guardian angel. We discuss the difference between channelling and mediumship and we go through a gentle channelling exercise. We explore the various methods to start receiving messages. We learn to start asking the right questions. There are also some fun personality tests to discover who you really are
