TRE® is a simple yet revolutionary technique that provides the body with a deep autonomic muscle release. This natural, instinctive release mechanism was developed by Dr David Berceli. It incorporates all aspects of the brain and body that are affected by trauma and that is why it is so effective. It releases body tension, limbic and cognitive activity from the same place it was created, the Brain Stem.
This training is for all Allied Healthcare workers, Medical practitioners, Teachers, Yoga and Pilates instructors, Chiropractors, Psychologists, Counsellors and anyone who has a passion for working with others. It can be easily integrated into your current practice.
Learn a simple, body-based prevention and recovery process. TRE® can be used with people of all ages individually or in groups.
