Once you have approved your listing on Body and Mind, we will book you in for a a 10 Minute Zoom interview which can be used as an advertising tool for future campaigns. (Valid for 3 months) We will Market your interview on our social media platforms and our newsletter.

We will announce your new membership with a link through to you newly designed listing in the following Body and Mind newsletter and our social media platforms.

To cover all bases we will send out a mailshot to one of our mailing list groups (KZN, CPT, JHB1 or JHB2)
This will be an A4 advert designed especially for you and sent out via email on a specific day.

We design an advert called a mailshot that we send to our database. Our database consists of KZN, CPT & 2 JHB groups. Each group has about 5000 subscribers and you can choose to send to as many groups as you would like.
Members  R 840 per a group /
Non- Members R 990 per a group.

You could also take advantage of our monthly newsletter to advertise your business or upcoming event. We insert a 200 word advert into our monthly newsletter with a high quality image of your company logo or event.We have 20 000 subscribers countrywide - Our database consists of KZN, CPT & 2 JHB groups. Each group has about 5000 subscribers with the balance of subscribers in other regions. 
Members: R250 per province or R600 for all provinces. Non- Members: R350 per province or R800 for all provinces.

We also do a Social Media Splash to our 26 000 followers over Facebook, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+.Etc.
This goes out every Tuesday.

We create a Targeted SOCIAL MEDIA MONTHLY PACKAGE We take the stress out of your hands and do all the posting for you. We will post in specific groups tailored to your target market. This will include a discussion and plan at the beginning of the month and one hour work on your social media every week. 
A 4 week month price - for 5 weeks just add on another week's price.
Members: R1000 (R250 per week) 
Non-Members: R1520 (R380 per week)

ONLINE SHOP

List your products on our online shop. We will sell it at your recommended retail price and you give it to us at wholesale price. Listing fee is R20 per product minimum R100When orders come in we will send it to you and you will post it to the customer.At the end of each month we will add up the sales and transfer the wholesale amount to you.
