Review – Biodanza

Oh, I love to dance! For the past few months I have been attending Biodanza with Arno te Braake at Eagles View in Winston Park, and I can honestly say it brings me so much joy. There is something incredibly liberating about simply allowing yourself to move, express and enjoy the moment without worrying about getting the steps right!

What I love most about Biodanza is the way it creates space to express so many different aspects of ourselves. Through movement and music, emotions such as love, joy, anger and excitement can emerge in a natural, playful and uplifting way. No matter how sad, tired or down I may feel when I arrive, I leave feeling lighter, happier and rejuvenated.

I am now looking forward to attending a full-day Biodanza workshop on the 19th November, and I am so excited! I’m curious to see what the extended experience will bring and what new discoveries may unfold through movement, music and simply allowing myself to dance.
