Chrisna Ashforth is an experienced healer, teacher, and founder of Eagles View Yoga Studio in Gillitts, KwaZulu-Natal. With over a decade of experience, she is a qualified Kinesiologist, Kundalini and Restorative Yoga Instructor, Body Spin Facilitator, Bio-Energy Therapist, and Bach Remedy Practitioner. At the retreat, Chrisna will guide Kundalini Yoga, restorative practices, creativity workshops, sound healing, TRE, and Ayurvedic cooking.
