Spikkels du Plooy’s treatment incorporates elements of Rebalancing, Hellerwork, Trager-inspired techniques and massage to encourage the body to release tension and settle into greater ease. As someone who isn’t particularly fond of firm massage, I arrived with some reservations—but Spikkels quickly put me at ease. His attentive and intuitive approach made the experience comfortable, allowing me to relax and discover a completely different side to therapeutic bodywork.

We were able to practise communicating with animals belonging to other participants, making the experience both interactive and deeply personal. What stayed with me most was the sense of connection, love and respect that emerged throughout the workshop, leaving me eager to continue learning and exploring this unique experience.
