Being Human written by Ramesh Ramkumar

Book Review:
Being Human written by Ramesh Ramkumar
It’s amazing how things seem to arrive at exactly the right time, and Ramesh Ramkumar’s Being Human felt like one of those moments for me. The book explores what it really means to care for ourselves, beginning with the idea that “cleanliness is close to Godliness”—not simply in our surroundings, but through what we put into our bodies and how we honour the gift of life.
Ramesh shares his own journey of discovery and exploration into wellness, making the book feel honest, relatable and very human. His experiences remind us that we all have challenges, questions and thoughts that we may not always feel comfortable sharing.
From there, the book takes us on a broader journey, exploring mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I found myself inspired to look more closely at my own lifestyle and choices.
Being Human is an uplifting reminder that taking responsibility for our wellbeing can be the beginning of a wonderful journey towards greater health, balance and self-awareness.
