Follow the Sun Written by Sharni Quinn

Follow the Sun is an intimate and honest account of self-discovery, courage and learning what it truly means to love yourself.

Sharni Quinn has experienced some profound challenges in her life, and her decision to make significant changes at a young age took considerable courage. Her journey through divorce, emotional struggles and a search for healing ultimately became the catalyst for a much deeper exploration of herself and her purpose.

What makes this story so compelling is Sharni’s willingness to share her experiences openly and authentically. Her journey takes us across the globe, through India, Bali and Australia, before eventually bringing her back to South Africa. Along the way, she encounters love, laughter, sadness, anxiety, adventure and countless opportunities for self-reflection.

Yoga also became an important part of Sharni’s own healing journey, something I personally connected with, having experienced the benefits of yoga myself.

Sharni chose to take responsibility for her happiness and do what she needed to move forward. Through her experiences, she has gone on to support charities and inspire others who are searching for greater meaning and purpose in their own lives.

Follow the Sun is ultimately a story about choice, courage and following the inner voice that tells us there must be more. I would recommend it to anyone who is searching for inspiration, direction or simply a reminder that their own journey is worth honouring.

Your soul may already know where it wants to go—you may simply need the courage to follow it.
