A review of a Ka Huna healing session with Celeste Du Toit

Celeste kindly invited me to enjoy a Ka Huna session with her the day before our last Expo, to realign my 4 lower bodies whilst opening up channels for my Higher Essence to express through, which was a true gift from the gods!

Besides being multi-talented, Celeste is an amazingly kindred soul. I realised from the get-go that she’s the real deal when it comes to the motivation behind her profession. She takes her healing practice to heart, which combined with her bubbly personality set the tone for an intense yet refreshing session!

Her treatment room is stunning, which along with fitting music and exquisite essential oils instantly transported me to Hawaii. Traditional Ka Huna is a dynamic graceful massage that relaxes muscle yet makes one feel totally invigorated which was exactly what I needed!

Also known as ‘the Shamans loving touch or dance of breath’ Polynesian massage, it is done with long flowing movements working with the body in its totality opposed to sections. Unlike mechanical massage it requires an at-one-ment between therapist and client. The Shamanic Polynesians who initiated this treatment believed it to be a restoration journey between the body, its mind, and the soul. Apart from the usual benefits it allows the client to drift off into a world of nurture and harmony which inspires the client to totally surrender into the void of love created by the rhythm which flows between the movements of the therapist and the total surrender of the client.

Apart from Ka Huna, Celeste also offers NLP Life Coaching, Motivational Speaking, Reiki, and workshops and retreats on her related expertise.

Thank you Celeste! This couldn’t have come at a better time, as I coped with the Expo stress the following day far easier than I had during the days leading up to it, and trust me folks, there is no need to venture across the ocean to be transported into true Polynesian Paradise Bliss, do give her a call! It’s so worth it!

  • Conscious Drawing from Loes & Manfred from Source

Sometimes the most meaningful gifts are the ones that remind us of who we truly are. When Loes Erdtsieck and Manfred Menke created a personal Conscious Drawing especially for me, I had no idea just how profound the experience would be. Based only on my name and birth date, they produced a beautiful and deeply personal artwork accompanied by an insightful written interpretation. Seeing the symbolism and descriptions come together was both fascinating and affirming. It became more than a drawing—it became a lasting reminder of my qualities, purpose, and ability to make a difference.
