Meet Chrisna Ashforth
Chrisna is an experienced healer, teacher, and founder of Eagles View Yoga Studio in Gillitts, KwaZulu-Natal. Her journey began with a powerful vision quest in 2008, inspiring her to create a sanctuary for healing and connection. Today, she brings over a decade of experience in guiding others through transformative practices. She is a qualified Kinesiologist, International Kundalini and Restorative Yoga Instructor, Body Spin Facilitator, Bio-Energy Therapist, and Bach Remedy Practitioner. Her teachings are deeply intuitive, combining movement, energy work, and spiritual insight.
At the retreat, Chrisna will lead Kundalini Yoga, restorative sessions, The Artist’s Way creativity workshop, and conscious healing practices including sound healing, TRE, and Ayurvedic cooking. Her gentle yet powerful approach creates a safe and nurturing space for deep release, inner connection, and transformation.

With a deep passion for holistic healing and conscious living, Traci has dedicated her career to connecting communities through meaningful events and marketing solutions. As a seasoned marketing specialist and wellness show organiser, she has successfully hosted numerous festivals, and events—creating spaces where healers, teachers, and seekers can come together in authentic connection.
Traci brings warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose to every project she touches. At this retreat, she holds the vision and the flow, ensuring every detail supports the healing journey for all who attend.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It uses a dynamic blend of breathwork (pranayama), movement (asanas), meditation, and chanting to awaken your inner energy, balance the nervous system, and promote emotional clarity. It’s a powerful practice that supports deep healing, spiritual growth, and self-discovery.
Rooted in ancient Indian wisdom, Ayurvedic Cooking focuses on using seasonal, fresh ingredients tailored to your unique body type (dosha). This mindful approach to food not only nourishes the body but also supports digestion, mental clarity, and overall balance. Meals are prepared with love, intention, and healing spices to restore harmony from within.
The Cacao Ceremony is a sacred heart-opening ritual that invites emotional connection, reflection, and spiritual insight. Using raw ceremonial-grade cacao, this practice enhances mood, supports inner clarity, and encourages deeper connection to self and others. It is often paired with meditation, music, or movement to guide personal transformation.
Sound Healing works through the power of vibration and frequency. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, it guides the body into deep relaxation, releasing energetic blockages and calming the mind. This ancient practice helps restore natural balance, promoting emotional release and inner peace.
