I have been accompanying people in a wide variety of situations for many years. It gives me incredible joy and fulfilment. A short story of how I found my calling:

Since my earliest memories, I have harboured the desire to support people in their personal growth. The experiences in my life have given me valuable experience for my vocation. At a certain low point, I had to rediscover and deepen the trust in myself. My life crisis at that time showed me that difficult life situations, crisis or destinies open up enormous opportunities for personal growth. This mobilises unimagined forces for development and personal growth or even a new direction.

Early in my career, I accompanied people in difficult physical, emotional or mental situations and in change processes. I was interested in complementary medicine from the beginning of my professional career, as it takes a holistic approach. In addition to several years of training in various energy work, I decided to offer part of my training, such as psychological and systemic coaching and the Body Code, in various complementary disciplines. This bodywork gave me a deep understanding of the interrelationships between emotional processing and the release of energetic blockages.

The realisation that inner and outer attitudes are connected was the key to my success. The realisation that inner and outer posture are connected was the driving force for me to delve deeper into the subject of holistic practice.
As a result of this development, I have undergone sensitive and mediumistic training in Germany and the USA.

I have been involved in complementary medicine for many years. My most valuable teachers are definitely life itself.
