Join us at our next Body and Mind Festival –
Sunday 26th April – Health and well being practitioners welcome.
We would love to have you join us at our show on the 26th April.
Because it is a public holiday weekend, the Shongweni Market will be buzzing with visitors. The market is also open on Sunday, so we have chosen this day for the Body and Mind Festival, as many of our Body and Mind community love joining us on a relaxed Sunday.
Next show is only at the end of the year in December.
What To Do or Not To Do:
Please bring your own table about 1.8m in length and 600 mm wide., there will be chairs
You will need to decorate your own table.
Must be ready by 8 AM and no packing up before 1 PM – the gate to market is open from 5 AM so they will have more than enough time to get ready
No-one cannot drive into Villiage area – you will need to carry your items to the Village area – everyone can park at the back close to the Village Theatre.
If you need a plug, you will need to bring an extension cord and a double plug so that others can use the plug too. You will need to bring black gaffer tape to cover your extension cord if it crosses a passage way so that people will not trip over it.
Any therapists bringing beds to the theatre must have rubbers under each leg otherwise it should be covered in black gaffer tape. Also it will need to be on a carpet or cloth so that oil does not drip onto the floor. Remember the space allocation is for one bed which replaces the trestle table space.
All items must be priced for the public.
No alcohol to be consumed whilst trading.

Table, Table Cloth & Decor
Banners – as walls cannot be used for sticking on
Pamphlets and business cards
Extension Cord, double adapter and black gaffer tape if needed
SnapScan, Zapper, or credit card equipment if you are selling items
Once you have setup your table please take a photo of yourself and your table and Whatsapp it to me. There will be a marketing prize for the best table
