Chrisna Ashforth Interview
Chrisna Ashforth from Eagles View in Winston Park, KwaZulu-Natal, has created a beautiful and peaceful sacred space for healing, self-discovery, personal growth and spiritual exploration. Her journey began when she was searching for an alternative approach to support her son Richard, who had been diagnosed with ADD. This personal experience opened the door to a completely new way of understanding health, wellbeing and holistic healing.
What started as a mother’s search for answers became a lifelong journey of discovery. Chrisna explored a wide range of holistic and alternative healing modalities, including yoga, meditation, kinesiology, energy healing, mindfulness and other complementary therapies.
Today, Eagles View provides a welcoming environment where people can learn, grow, reconnect with themselves and explore alternative approaches to health and wellbeing. Chrisna shares the knowledge and experience she has gained through years of studying and practising different healing modalities, helping others discover tools that may support their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
