Evelyn Alessandri

Inspire – Heal – Growth

For most of her life, Evelyn has naturally been the person others turned to for support. Whether offering a listening ear, encouragement, or simply being present, helping people has always been part of who she is. Yet, like so many who care for others, she was quietly navigating her own challenges.

After losing her mother to suicide several years ago, Evelyn found herself searching for someone outside her immediate circle—someone who would listen without judgment, offer guidance, and help her move beyond the overwhelming negative thoughts that grief can bring. Looking back, she now realises that this difficult chapter shaped the person she would become.

Today, Evelyn has become the very person she once needed.

As an author, speaker, and intuitive coach, she combines intuition, life coaching, and energy healing to help people reconnect with their inner strength, overcome limiting beliefs, and embrace their authentic selves. Through both in-person and online coaching sessions, she creates a safe, compassionate space where clients can gain clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.

After years of working one-on-one with individuals, Evelyn felt called to reach more people. This inspired her to create her Gratitude Journal—a year-long companion designed to guide readers on a journey of self-discovery. Covering topics such as facing fears, overcoming negativity, practising gratitude, and developing a positive mindset, the journal encourages meaningful reflection while gently inspiring hope, resilience, and personal growth.

Beyond her coaching, Evelyn regularly shares her message through workshops, corporate events, and motivational talks, where she speaks passionately about the transformative power of gratitude. Her message is simple yet powerful: gratitude doesn’t remove life’s challenges, but it can change how we experience them.

Through her work, Evelyn continues to remind others that healing is possible, strength often grows through adversity, and sometimes the greatest purpose comes from the very experiences that once tested us the most.
