OLIVE: The Regeneration Flower – Olea europaea

From Exhaustion to Inner Renewal.

For those who have suffered much mentally and physically and are so exhausted and weary that they feel they have no more strength to make an effort. Daily life is hard work for them, without pleasure. Dr Edward Bach.

Olive in the Negative: Our busy lives today often demand a lot from us and with the advances in technology we are expected to be reachable 24/7, and ready to respond. When we do too much for too long, we can reach the stage of being utterly bone-tired.
This may be caused through work pressure, studying and juggling family demands or coping with long term illness. It can all take a heavy toll.
If you find yourself often in this state, you may need to learn to manage your vital energies better. The error may lie in completely spending yourself at the personality level, where one’s energies are more limited, rather than drawing strength from a higher source. To survive without harm from the tasks that push us beyond our personal limits, we need to learn to draw on a higher source than ourselves. This form of Cosmic energy has no limits and can be accessed when we ask for it consciously. It is also important to recognise and accept the needs of our bodies, which our Inner Guidance signal to us when we become mentally, emotionally and physically drained.

Olive in the Positive:
Olive is always of great assistance in the treatment of debilitating physical conditions because it strengthens the entire human system. When taking Olive one can experience a great need for sleep. By doing so the body starts to regenerate and one finally feels rested. Those in the positive Olive state find they have enough strength and positive thought to enable them to cope with any stress. It helps them to be flexible in adapting to the energy demands made of them. These people ask and allow their Inner Guidance to supply them with cosmic energy whenever it is needed.
