  • TRE – Trauma Release Exercises Susanne Thomas

Sometimes the body needs a different way to release the tension we carry through everyday life. When Susanne Thomas introduced me to TRE (Trauma Release Exercises), I was curious but had no idea quite what to expect. After learning a series of simple exercises, I experienced something completely new—the natural tremoring response of my own body. What initially felt unusual soon became an intriguing way of becoming more aware of how my body responds to stress and tension. After several sessions, I found myself continuing the exercises at home and gaining a deeper connection with my physical wellbeing.
